Default Aol

Out of curiosity, have any of you that is on AOL been having troubles with your screen fading in and out and also crashing the whole darn thing??

We have that problem about twice a month and then Karen gets on the phone and calls them and the next thing you know BAM, it is back on the way it should be.

AOL tries like hell to get you to sign on this DSL crap, and if you dont sign up then the comp goes kawakee.

Just wondering if you are having the same.

I just might go to MSN or Another.

enough.......

We don't have that problem but friends with aol have.

In addition, compuserve is owned by aol and cheaper and friends on cs have the same problem and are always being bombarded with ads to upgrade to aol.

Marketing Strategy or how to get your customers to go to earthlink?

I hate to advertise for Microsoft but when I had dial up I went through about 6 different companies (in different geographic locations too) until I settled on MSN internet access. They beat the competition for reliability and speed and they do not try to force you to stay within their network.
