Talking I'm a school boy again
Been gooing out to the VA every day for the past two week going to school. first week was Anxity and how to deal with it plus Panic Attacks too. then this week its Anger Management. Whoa I thought I had a short fuse but some of those guys got hair triggers for sure. one even got kicked out of class the first day for packing. tuesday they patted him down and he was clean. a wild bunch for sure 3/4's are in- patients. Andthe other quarter like me drive up's for day classes then off to work. three more weeks and I'll have all the classes on record. some of those guys have been through the same classes five or six times. I hope once will be enough for me.

I`ll be at American Lake next Wednesday,12/22 at 1300 hrs.I believe it`s my turn to buy lunch.
Wow! I can hardly believe that a guy would come into that facility with a weapon.What the hell was he thinking!?

Default Fights are a regular thing
In my Anger management class, I don't see the point of it myself. I don't have to be angry to hit, cut, shoot, or generally stomp a person. Just provoked.
