That flag rasing was important and it won a picture award but I don't beleive the Marines should pay as much attention to it as they do, The first flag rasing , to me, would be more important.
But if the media says something is important often enough then it becomes important.

Ira Hayes died from Chronic Acute PTSD and Alcoholism. There was no treatment for his PTSD back then. He might have been able to maintain had they had proper treatment back then.
