The only difference, however that I can see today is that the date has changed! And if it is true that we are indeed “Going to Hell In A Hand Basket”, then it is just as true that we are doing it faster today than we have ever done it before in times past!

So, and redundantly so (once again), this is not the way that it has to be, nor is it the way that it should be - “Rather, it is just the way that it is, and apparently, it is the way that many people wish it to be?

“So let me say this once again – who’s fault is it?”

Of course, there are many out there who still believe that we never had it so good - and to them I say – “GOOD LUCK WITH THAT?” For in my opinion, some of these eternal optimists might have been right at home in Herculaneum, Pompeii, Saddam, Gomorrah - and maybe even in a few portions of today’s downtown section of Washington D.C. – “Just My Opinion?”
