I've still heard nothing from the pm. I also have not heard from his wife. She and I don't communicate per-say but I'm on his automatic list when she sends out job info for retired military. Haven't gotten any of those emails latey.
Hope he's just busy and the web is out. Pack

AIN'T GETTIN' RID OF OL' LOBO QUITE YET...!
PackMan & All...THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERNS!
Just flew Tom a PM. Net here has been up/down (mostly down)...things quite hectic what with the suicide attack that killed the two security types (both retired SF from 1st Group) and increased enemy action. Hate to even mention it, but it's been quiet so far tonite (meaning no incoming), but last nite was "interesting" with both rockets and mortars. Rockets are one thing, but as most of you open here know, mortars means they are at least within about 3500m of the wire to lob'm in here amongst us! I had seen one of the fellows (JackS) a day or so before he was killed. Leaves a wife and two fairly young children. Attended a "Ramp Ceremony" for them both the other day...huge turnout with both AcDu Mil & Civilians in the formation. Will fly photo of the ceremony later on. Gotta fly this before the net crashes again. Thanks again to all for your concern & prayers...need all we can get over here! Semper Fi from the Cold & Muddy Sands of Kandahar,

Hey Marine,
Good to know you are OK. Mortars and rockets are no fun. Here's a tribute page to one of the guys who was killed in the attack. http://www.quietpros.org/savant/index.htm
