We were back at Dak To, They had received reinforcements and resupply, They then went to the top of the hill and found nothing, Well nothing of any value, bunker complex, tunnel's, etc. Most would return that day, some would stay and clear the top. The mood was a sad one and a happy one at the same time, We would leave for Danang shortly.

Ron,
I have never been a journalizer (diary keeper). Sometimes I wish I had so as to keep my memory fresh.
My wife and I wrote 3 - 5 letters the whole time I was in the Army the closest I have been to journalizing. Your posts are interesting. Keith |

Theres a lot more I could have put for this day but they were mostly bad memories. For those that had Sad and Happy memories at the same time, you will understand, for those that go , HUUUU!, its good you don't understand.
All those empty cots were so depressing. Ron |
