Default Montana Deer and Elk hunt
Joan and I are leaving saturday morning for montana. first night Missoula then on to west yellowstone where we will spend day 2 and night 2 then travel north to I-90 east to columbus where we will spend night 3 the next morning we meet up with my shipmate and friend Bill and go hunting after that we stay at his place as long as it takes. I don't care about elk but I love deer. I'll shoot a elk if given a chance but don't go out of my way to hunt them. They are too big and my back can't pack them out as easily as I once did. so I sort of stick to what I can do. wish me luck and Griz we will be stoping on our way back.

get a 4 wheeler or something, Thats way to much meat. I'll take a Back strap and a hine leg. We have to go all the way to the pan-handle to get mule deer, Just a bit to far for me. And cold.

You and Joan have fun and be careful. Why hunt when I'm sure there's a Red Lobster close by. Was hoping you'd see Griz. Tell him Deb and I might be seeing him next summer.

Packman I will be seeing Griz on the way home. Kati and griz have a vollyball game saturday in Butte so he will be out of town as we are going east. We have never done Yellowstone so we are looking forward to seeing it.
