Default Give me the correct answer.

Question:

Who made this remark? (word for word)

There's a lot of people in the world who don't believe that people whose skin color may not me the same as ours can be free and self-govern. I reject that. I reject that strongly. I believe that people who practice the Muslin faith can be self-govern. I believe that people whose skins arn't necessarily --- are different color than white can self-govern.

Some clues:
Failed English 101
Dumb enough to confuse religion and race
Intelligence isn't his strong points

Default Getting Warm 1IDVET

Travel south several hundred miles to location well know as the White House, and in a picturesque setting also known as the Rose Garden.
On this day April 30, 2004 with Canada's Prime Minister Paul Martin at his side, our President made the above statement.

Or could he be better known as "Bush the Wiseman".
