Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Jacksonville, Operational Health Support Unit (OHSU) Jacksonville headquarters, and 10 OHSU Jacksonville detachments have again earned the Navy Surgeon General's Health Promotion and Wellness Blue H Award for 2016.
