Where are they?
This was taken right after we were ambushed at Con Thien and were getting ready to go after them. We found them too. This is about an hour before I got my Bronze Star with "V" clasp. I'm the guy with the Steel Pot.

U.S. Navy SEALs (Sea, Air
U.S. Navy SEALs (Sea, Air, Land) explored 70 caves in the Zawar Kili area of eastern Afghanistan. Construction of the caves varied widely and included brick (as seen here), earth, concrete, steel and various combinations. Used by Al Qaeda and Taliban forces, the caves and other above-ground complexes were subsequently destroyed either by Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) personnel or through air strikes called in by the SEALs. Army World Class Athlete Spc. Dan Steele easily clears the bar in the pole vault, one of 10 track and field events in the decathlon at the XIII Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada. Steele won the silver medal.

Park City, UT (Feb.23,2002) -- Driver Brian Shimer, World Class Athletes Spc. Mike Kohn and Spc. Doug Sharp, and brakeman Dan Steele come to a stop after finishing their third run for USA-2 at the Utah Olympic Park track in Park City, Utah, during the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. They went on to win the bronze medal behind USA-1 and Germany-2.
