Internationally-renowned
Internationally-renowned rock band "Aerosmith" (from left, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer, Joe Perry, and Steven Tyler) visited with Sailors aboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The George Washington bat
The George Washington battle group will be returning to homeport, July 23rd after completing a scheduled six-month deployment to the Mediterranean, which included sustained operations in support of the NATO-led peacekeeping in Bosnia and UN sanctions against Iraq in the Arabian Gulf. Night mission
A U.S. Air Force F-16 is about to be refueled March 22 over Saudi Arabia from a KC-10 Extender tanker plane by Master Sgt. Joe Fenick of Union Beach, N.J. The tanker belongs to the 409th U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Group, based in Burgas, Bulgaria.

U.S. Air Force Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Craftsman Master Sgt. Joe Cross inches closer to an uncontrolled natural gas fire. His job is to prepare a safe path looking for booby traps so that firefighters can approach and extinguish the fire. Cross is with the 384th EOD Flight, Bahrain. Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multinational coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.
