The old was juxtaposed with the new as two columns of marching actors and extras, preparing for roles as World War II-era Marines, passed a squad of today's active-duty Marines training on Fort Hase Beach aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii at Kaneohe Bay. The actors were involved in filming a movie about the Navajo Code Talkers of WW II.
