"The Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces have completely crushed the Viet Congs general offensive against the cities. From 30 January 1968 to 15 February 1968, over 34,000 North Vietnamese Regulars and Viet Cong soldiers paid for their crimes. Among them was Major General Tran Do, who was killed in action at 46th Street in Cholon on the outskirts of the city of the Saigon city."
