USS Massasoit (1898-1937, later YT-15)(132 total words in this text)(1536 Reads)  From 1912 into 1931 Massasoit was assigned to the Norfolk Navy Yard, Virginia, and the Fifth Naval District. She was given the hull number YT-15 in 1920. Decommissioned in February 1931 and later towed to Philadelphia, she remained inactive until sold in 1937. |
