I-369, a 1440-ton "D1" type transport submarine, was built at Yokosuka, Japan. Completed in October 1944, she was converted in early 1945 to carry "Kaiten" man-guided torpedoes. I-369 was surrendered with the Japanese Navy's other surviving warships in September 1945 and scrapped in about 1946.
