- Biography
- Retired Military as Major, USA; received direct commission from SFC E7 to lst Lt., 1970; participated in the Son Tay POW Camp rescue attempt, Nov 21, 1970; Left Vietnam on next to the last helicopter out of TSN Air Base (DAO Compound) April 30, 1975; Commanded A Co, lst Bn, 5th SFGA 1972-1973. After retirement worked for Ross Perot for awhile, tben formed my own Investigations and Security Company (Peregrine International, Inc.) in Dallas. Shut it down and totallly retired in 2005. 100% VA disability. Live quietly with my wife and animals on a small farm outside of Greenville, TX about 50 miles NE of Dallas. Have 5 children, 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 19 cats, 7 dogs and 2 birds.
