If I am like others.
I know that my personal letters have been greatly reduced because of e-mail. Snail Mail must be taking a great hit with all this e-mail. Soooo I can slightly understand their thinking if it is going to bolster the mail service. But . . . . knowing politicians, they are always hunting for a golden goose to strangle. They'll want more than their fair share.
