Default Marine's Burial Drews Hundreds

Hundreds of people lined the roads from Berryville to Winchester yesterday to pay tribute as Lance Cpl. David Owens Jr, came home for the last time. He was the fifth Virginian to die during the war in Iraq.
Qwens graduated from Winchester,s James Wood High School in 2000. He wanted to become a State Trooper and joined the Marines to pursue that goal. That wish came true when Owens became the first person ever given an honorary appointment to the Virginia State Police. May he rest in peace.
