Default a quote from Gen Westmoreland

I really don't agree that Vietnam was mostly fought by the poor and under classes. The majority of the people I was with had joined the army. [I didn't] A lot of them went to Vietnam out of patriotism.
In Westmorland's book 'A Solder Reports'
FOLLOWING DEFEAT OF THE ENEMY'S TET OFFENSIVE IN 1968, THE UNITED STATES HAD IN SOUTH VIETNAM AT THAT TIME THE FINEST MILITARY FORCE [ALTHOUGH NOT THE LARGEST] EVER ASSEMBLED.
