MCB QUANTICO, Va. (June 5) -- Lt. Col. Michael V. Samarov passes the colors to Lt. Col. Randall S. Hoffman at The Basic School on June 5 during a change of command ceremony. The Basic School said farewell to Lt. Col. Michael L. Samerov and welcomed Lt. Col. Randall S. Hoffman as commanding officer for Instructor Battalion during the ceremony.
