MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. (Oct. 5) – Lt. Gen. Keith A. Smith, the former deputy chief of staff for Aviation, Headquarters Marine Corps, Washington, D.C., was remembered during a memorial service at the Marine Memorial Chapel on Friday.
