Best Warrior Competition determines IMCOM's NCO, Soldier of the Year

Staff Sgt. Brendan Hagens and Spc. Lillian Lewis are the U.S. Army Installation Management Command's 2017 Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and Soldier of the Year. After three days and nights of Best Warrior Competition in the summer heat of Camp Bullis, Texas, followed by a Command Sergeants Major Board at Fort Sam Houston, the winners were announced during an awards ceremony June 15 at the Fort Sam Houston Theatre.
