Chief Warrant Officer 5 Michael Boley was promoted from Chief Warrant Officer 4 to Chief Warrant Officer 5, June 13, 2018 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. Boley is the 16th Combat Aviation Brigade Standardization Officer.After the ceremony, Col. Matthew Braman, 16th Combat Aviation Brigade Commander, gave Boley the Oath of Office.
