I believe that the VA considers exposure to Agent Orange to be presumptive, regardless of the AO you served in---but only if you have one of the cancers/illness's on their hit list.
Along the same lines, Agent Orange was not always applied from the air. In some areas, especially the Mekong Delta, it was sprayed by the boats of the Brown Water Navy (that's how former Navy CNO Elmo Zumwalt felt his son contracted cancer and died from it). It was also applied in base camps around hooches etc. by hand held pump sprayers. I know 2 guys who had a water fight with each other doing this to relieve the boredom, but using Agent Orange instead of water.

I just had some skin cancer removed at the Richmond Va. V.A. hospital. Looks like the area is trying to get infected, we are treating the infection ourselfs since we are so far away from the hospital. Have to go again for lung fuction tests on Tuesday, hope I can get off the oxygen as this has really affected my life style. I'm trying to teach my Grandson how to shoot while attached to an oxygen tank by a 25 foot hose.
