Plain and simple. > > Doug Actually Doug, I recall that a "Yahoo" over on the JFK Conspiracy group posted something about Powell being in on the planning of the My Lai operation. I pointed out to him that Powell was (1) not in Vietnam at the time, (2) was at Command and General Staff School during March 68, and (3) was not in the chain of command for the planning of the operation. His response was the usual - that he was pointing out someone else had made those allegations. It's a pity that libel laws don't allow the libeled to hunt down the poster of the allegations and string them up by the balls (or nipples as the case may be) -- Nigel Brooks |
