Gotcha -
Scrapping is big out here too. I know a few that have lost their jobs from doing this and a few more are being tailed of late. I do know that many ride the streets the night before or real early in the morning with pickups checking out the weekly garbage. Those folks I have nothing against - they are making living doing what they do. Some other's will have to learn the hard way. Sure there is money in scrapping but the police are watching all the scrap yards so they are subject to penalty as well.
