I would suggest that all vets, families of, caregivers of, helpers of vets, keep a hard copy document filed away for future reference of this interview and any material that would be helpful in a future claim. Years of experience with saved links and then returning to them to pull a document or information that may prove useful to someone has taught me; depending on internet resouces with no hard copy is like trying to map blowing and shifting sands.
