What a WAY to catch a Pedofile

On 10/29/03, a certain Mark Keasley, 51, from Piqua was greeted at his door by Police Officers and Sherriffs Deputies.

Reason being:

Now get this:

This Mr. Keasley is a registered Sex Offender in Miami County since 1995, when he was charged and sentenced for " Indocency with a child under 13".

Done his time and now required to be a registered sex offender until year 2005.

Now comes the good part/ or stupid part:

Mr. Keasley lives in an apartment complex, and it just happens that his apartmen was Burglarized by one of the other tennants.

This Burglar took, jewerly, money and a Fire safe box that he thought contained monies or valuable property.

Once home, the Buglar opened the box, and found , YOU GUESSED IT, alot of Still Pictures, Movies all home made with Mr Keasley involved.

Only thing is, that these pictues and movies are Child Porn.

The Buglar went straight to the Police and turned them over ( great for him ), cause he just happen to see pictures of his 4 year old sister in some.

The burlars name is being withheld for obvious reasons.

Now Mr Keasley is behind bars once again and held for a 150,000 bond.

My view,:

Hang Keasley, and let the buglar go.

people like that don't deserve a trial, you find the stuff, just shoot him. No one will file a complaint, no one will call anyone. .

Hey! let's give the guy a sporting change. Don't shoot, that's to quick. Here is the best way.
Let's take him up in one of my old Navy jets, to 42,000 feet doing about mach 1, with one of my old 1952 navy parachutes (not too reliable now) and I eject him.. Oh! I forgot to issue him a oxygen mask and tank. Oh! well, he just have to hold his breath for about 35,000 feet. Justice served.

If the evidence won't come under "illegal search" the burgler didn't have a search warrent.

Pedophiles should be put away for life. 98% re-offend after release, any competent therapist will tell you that there is no cure for pedophiles, not even casteration. They still have hands and a mind. On second thought maybe cutting off all three would solve the problem.

Always eager to go where no one else has gone has very few places left to go. They have already touched upon pedophilia: Lolita, Pretty Baby. So far they have had females as that is more acceptable to audiences than male kids. Within our lifetimes that will change, especially considering the sexual orientation of fashion.

I'm not usually too big on prison sentences,but unless prison populations have changed a great deal since I worked in them,a life sentence might be just the thing in a case like this.I think that it should be specified,however, that he be dropped into the general prison population with "I FUK KIDS"tatooed in red on his forehead.Don't expect he'd last long and there's an excellent chance that he'd go out knowing a whole lot more about rape than he ever really wanted to.

I can?t even guess what a can of legal worms this case opens. My guess is that the pedophile will jump slick of all charges unless he coughed up a confession. Exactly how evidence is obtained is big stuff in a legal defense so without some clever maneuvering on behalf of the Police in terms of warrants before the evidence was touched, I?m thinking there may be a get out of jail free card dead ahead. I don?t know for sure, but greater crimes have gone unpunished just because the evidence was not collected properly.
