A couple of cans of Wal-Mart's finest color spray, a rainbow design and a 24 on the side would fit you right into the top qualifying...rednecks. Ok, maybe not 24, he "sucks"...according to...well, won't mention any names cause that'd be unfair to...Ron.
Turn signals are optional for those over 75 years old. I'm sure of it...seen it for myself.

As it stands, with the facts presented, 4% of the 50 United States have some type of law dictating the rules for use of turn signals and rights of way at an intersection.
