Default Need help - people's reactions to the war

Hello group!
I don't know if this is the right newsgroup, but I hope so. I'm from
Germany and I'm actually in the 12th grade. I have to write an essay
for my English class. The subject is "The Vietnam War - US people's
reactions to the military involvement in Vietnam". So information
about the general public opinion, the presentation of the acts of war
in the media or something like that would be useful for me.
I know that there were a lot of protests against the Vietnam War
because of different reasons, but what about supporters of it? I can't
imagine that they didn't exist, but it seems to be different to get to
know something about that.
Perhaps you can give me some adresses of homepages that deal with this
subject or that could help me somehow or other.
Thanks in advance,

Christoph Merker
