![]() In yesterdays report to Congress, the proposal by the Federal Reserve
Chairman to reduce the federal defecate by eliminating Veterans Benefits and Military Retirement payments was not as well reported as the proposal to eliminate Social Security. But on page 17 of his report to Congress, which is published in the Congressional Record, Chairman Alan Greenspan clearly stated that Veterans Benefits and Military Retirement Payment costs are "a future time economic timebomb waiting to explode in the face or our struggling economy". He goes on to say "future growth trends, when amatorized over economic forecasting modles which include the modalities and mortality projections of longevity for the classification and subclassification studies involving the targeted and marginal targeted groups clearly show a upward trend toward increased demographic projected requirements for primary and secondary application and request for primary, secondary and tercurary service that clearly cannot be sustained unless there is a subjective application of studies to determine the effects of current programs projections with future statically modalities". He then goes on to say "not having had the good fortune to have had the opportunity to be included in one of the demographic groupings given the good fortune to have had opportunity to be included in the demographic group that had the good fortune and had the opportunity to be included in the demographic group that was chosen to be the group that had the opportunity to be included in one of the groups that were chosen to serve, I can look at this issue from a subjective prospective and determine in a subjective manner the due course for future projections and applications based on the application of modality tends and forecasts". We better start writing our Congressmen and Congresswomen, quick. Looks like we're the next target -- If you get what you want, what's to stop you from asking for more? |

![]() If you want some credibility, you need to stop posting stuff that contains
quotes from supposedly educated people that contain so many misspelled words that hardly any high school graduate couldn't do a better job of spelling. The report you quoted looks like it came from a bunch of kids in grade school who haven't yet learned how to spell "cat" without using a "k". What am I talking about? How about using the word "defecate" (which means to shit) instead of "deficit"? How about "amatorized" (which isn't even in my dictionary in any form) instead of "amortized"? How about "tercurary" (which also isn't in my dictionary) instead of "tertiary"? How about "statically" instead of "statistically"? That's just spelling errors. Then you get into the second paragraph that includes the following: "not having had the good fortune to have had the opportunity to be included in one of the demographic groupings given the good fortune to have had opportunity to be included in the demographic group that had the good fortune and had the opportunity to be included in the demographic group that was chosen to be the group that had the opportunity to be included in one of the groups....." That's a bunch of meaningless gobbledegook that no member of the Fed would ever let get into a piece of correspondence going anywhere away from his desk. Then you get into people allegedly using language that they clearly don't understand and have misused. This is clearly the product of a bunch of intellectual children who put together stuff they didn't even understand themselves in the hopes that we're all so dumb as to think that it came out of the Federal Reserve Board. In short, a total bunch of childish bullshit. Take my word for it....no use wasting that expensive college education my parents bought for me many years ago. This is garbage that shouldn't be confused with anything that was accurately reported. George Z. In that case, I can only conclude that not a word of it came out of the Federal Reserve Board in spite of somebody claiming that it did. The Congressional Record which our friend from Maine refers to, is the official record of the proceedings and debates of the United States Congress. It does not include matters handled in committee which are published separately. Alan Greenspan testified before the House Budget Committee on February 25, 2004 - a review of his testimony fails to support the claim of the originator of this thread that Greenspan ever made such a statement http://www.house.gov/budget/hearings...tmnt022504.htm In fact - for an accurate view of the current administrations policy regarding it's veterans, one should look at the testimony of Anthony Principi, Secretary of Veterans Affairs. This testimony was before the same House Budget Committee on February 12, 2004 and may be found at http://www.house.gov/budget/hearings...tmnt021204.htm To sum up - one should probably view anything the originator of this thread writes with a great deal of caution - after all, he doesn't even know how to check Senator Kerry's record on the introduction of bills in the Senate. -- Nigel Brooks |
