One year after his election Richard Nixon orders the Vietnam Peace Agreement to be signed on January 27, 1973 and after 50,000 Americans died defending freedom in the Democratic Republic of South Vietnam, the Commander and Chief of those troops, announces that all American troops will withdraw from that country by the spring of 1975.
He tells the Communist nation of North Vietnam that all they have to do is sit back and wait for that last helicopter to leave the American Embassy in Siagon when they can rename the town Ho Chi Mihn City. They beat America into a tail between its legs, surrender and all they had to do is wait for that withdrawal to happen.
Today we have told the Taliban that America will withdraw by the end of the year 2014 and they tell America "You have the watch but we have the time."
One of the editors of Common Sense magazine George Santayna said in the magazines very first issue; "Those who cannot remember the past are condemed to repeat it."
Now just relax while the Taliban is right next door to the nuclear nation of West Pakistan. Isn't that where they found Bin Laden resting in his vacation home?

Just as with all other matters of serious and quite grave importance, rest assured that our Imperial President Obama, his second in Lordly Dictatorial Command Biden, and his Top Law Enforcer or Citizenry & State Regulator & Controller Holder HAVE EVERYTHING (even avowed threats from Mass-murderous Muslim Terrorists) UNDER CONTROL.

Any believing the above would no doubt believe that I'm actually The Tooth Fairy, also.

Regardless, how come most all other veterans (once quite courageously opinionated & quite vocal) fear commenting about such Enemy Helpful & Politically Dictated Stupidities?

What scared so many previously Honorable Veterans away from commenting here on Patfiles?
