Armond 'Bud' Lisle had sister sign papers so he could join Coast Guard
The Desert Sun
So he went around the corner and enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard. Lisle's parents had both died by the time he was 14 years old, so his older sister â?? who was his legal guardian â?? had to sign papers to grant permission for her brother to enlist ...
