Local Navy ship commander relieved of duty

A local Navy ship commander is relieved of duty. Cmdr. Fred Wilhelm had been the commanding officer of the Little Creek-based Amphibious Dock Landing Ship USS Gunston Hall. The Navy relieved him of that duty over a loss of confidence in Wilhelm's ability to command.
