News - Sub-governor killed outside governor's palace in Jalalabad

A district sub-governor was killed and four of his bodyguards were wounded when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated outside of the governor's palace in the Jalalabad District of Nangarhar province Aug. 30.
