Vermont Guard Soldier saves woman's life

Sgt. 1st Class Damian A. Larose, incentives manager, Vermont National Guard, visits the property where he rescued June Collins from house fire on Dec. 28, 2018. Larose was first-on-the-scene after contacting 911 and his actions made the difference between the woman's life and death.
