Strange NY Rules
Who really care's? I thought all states had to be in the primaries but it seems New York doesn't want to spend the money. Hence all votes to the existing President in office from what I've been reading.

When the main election comes into play that is when the voter's will decide if they want Trump or Jack Do Do? Strange you would think the voting rules applied across all the States but this issue seems not to apply. Read up on it by google and you will see the whole report on why they do what they do.
