1:33 p.m. — Traffic heading north along Marine Corps Drive is being re-routed because a gas tanker that needs towing is blocking traffic. The Guam Police Department said traffic heading north will be diverted left onto Route 14 by the Guam Premier Outlet and the ITC intersection.
