Didnt take but a couple of weeks/months before Timothy got caught and he is where he belongs now.

OBL hasn?t been rounded up because his wealth buys a lot of protection. Secondarily, no one in their right mind would turn him in unless they had an overwhelming desire to have the al Qaeda mob butcher themselves and their families. And lastly, whether we like it or not, OBL is somewhat of a revolutionary hero in that neck of the woods; kind of like an Arab version of Che Cuverra, and has quite a following and fan club.

Oh, as I recall, Tim McVeigh was grabbed up the same day of the Oklahoma City bombing for a traffic violation and only a day or so later was linked to the bombing.
