![]() The media is gleefully reporting that around 100 celebrities are attacking President Bush for his plans to ?FINALLY? lay Saddam to rest! This war, however, although not a problem in winning, may (or may not) be a ?Cake Walk!?? Nor should the survival of our way of life, or our interests, be contorted into a partisan carnival! ?Once the decision is made, the time for debate ends!? (opinion) We must support our troops as if we too were right there beside them on the front lines, because in reality, that is exactly were we are!!
As for our friends in Turkey, they are claiming that the last war (Gulf War I) cost them dearly (economically). It was in this bane that the United States offered them a ?Sweetheart Deal? for their co-operation! Temporarily basing planes and troops upon their soil to help protect their interests and security, as well as the sovereignty of the entire Middle East, is hardly the gesture of an enemy. Quite to the contrary in fact, had we (USA) not gotten involved in 1991, it is my opinion that much of the Middle East would have (in the last 12 years) been swallowed up by ?Saddam The Sadistic!? And had that happened, other ?International Aggressors? would have followed suit and gone on the road to their own little conquests!! (I don?t think that we have to mention names here?!) Well, it appears that some in Turkey are now kicking their feathered asses, and rightfully so. Not as much (I suspect), as they will be after this conflict is successfully culminated by the US, however! The only problem then is, those billion$ that we offered to them, will remain in our depositories, and Turkey may continue to waste away on the economic vine! If nothing else comes out of this (potential) war, at least we have learned a valuable lesson! We don?t have as many full-time friends and allies as we had thought! For as long as the money flowed, and it was in their own vested interest, nations like France, Germany and the Russians (or is that still the Soviets?), will grin and chisel away. But even if Uncle Sam's swimming pool runs dry, these bastards will still be floating high, this time in Arab oil - they hope?! I was shocked to learn that much of the technology that went into ?Saddam?s Arsenal of Hate and Death? came from our allies, including France!? Many thousands of men died on the ?Normandy Beaches?, and in the "Hedgerows of France", to liberate the ungrateful cousins of Lafayette! Yet unlike Lafayette, these bums decided to take to their heels and hide behind an ?Economic Maginot Line? when the "Chips of Friendship" were down! What choice do we have when this is over, other than dumping (or totally revamping) the United Nations, as well as banning all imports from those nations who support terrorism, it?s architects and it?s supporters, even passive supporters? ?One does not knowingly bed-down, after all, with a diseased whore!? (Again, need I say more?!) VERITAS ![]()

![]() GREAT!!! choice of words while describing our once out of their personal necessity Allies (re. The French).
Still my Friend, believe you gave all: "Diseased whores" an unwarranted bad name, by making the analogy that; "Bedding-down" with The French was quite similar. After all, and even though not an authority on: "Diseased whores",...I must believe that most; "Diseased whores" are definitely not like The Phoney French. "They" actually know what true friendship is all about, love all their friends (even friendly acquaintances), and wouldn't normally consort with the enemy. Thusly, I think YOU owe all whores of The World an apology for comparing any of them to France and/or an entity with infinitely less class, honesty and trustworthiness. Besides, and though not like France,...some whores even have integrity and honor. Neil |
