Iraqis hang woman for waving to coalition troops
http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/03/27/spr...ted/index.html
Iraqis hang woman for waving to coalition troops The Marine general said that what has surprised him most about the first week of fighting is the extent of war crimes carried out by the Iraqi regime. In addition to the execution of POWs, he said, Iraqis have used civilians as human shields, stored weapons in schools, set up command posts in hospitals and pretended to surrender only to open fire. In one case, an Iraqi woman was hanged after she waved to coalition forces, Pace said. "I've never seen anything like this," he said. "To do it so blatantly so early, not only is it a surprise, but to me it's disgusting."

MORTARDUDE...
The more than warranted disgust for The Iraqi Regime and followers aside,...I truly wonder what the enemy-supportive Hollywood and Liberal Feminist Crowds have to say about such?
But then, and in all likelihood, "They" will simply blame the atrocity on some factory and/or rope supplier in Toledo as being the root-cause of such an atrocity. ANYTHING but disgust and sorrow, or even admitting "They" might be wrong. God forbid. Neil |

Neil,
That?s part of the way things happen all too often, unfortunately. But on balance, the usual and most successful tactic is to revise history, pitch a tantrum of vehement denial or simply ignore the issue and dismiss the mention of it as ravings of the unwashed masses-kind of like ?let them eat cake, ta-ta?. For decades this has been the hallmark of the Hollywood ?elite? and I?m sure they are or are willing to share every trick in the book. In reality that poor Iraqi Gal should be a rallying point for just one of the good reasons that that Baghdad nest of rabid weasels needs to be cleaned out for good. Scamp |
