![]() I just heard on the tube where the prosecution in the ?Peterson Case? is now claiming that the murder was a result of strangulation?! If this is the case, is not strangulation usually a result of instantaneous rage and not prior planning? And is not a vicious act such as this, (usually) accompanied by a struggle and massive amounts of noise and damage? ?But ah, says the prosecution, a date rape drug was used and the victim was unable to resist,? at least according to the media?!
Again, I know not if Scott Peterson committed this heinous crime, and if he did - he should pay the price! But come on fellas, (both sides) don?t create the script to fit the day, as you go along!? VERITAS ![]()

![]() Kind of hard to prove strangulation without a head isn't it?
Toxicology report? This just in: Laci Peterson was drowned prior to decapitation! (Just a bit of sarcasm here).

![]() Of course it is only my opinion, but I believe that the constabulary (police) and prosecution are reaching for straws in the Peterson case! I firmly believe, regardless of guilt or innocence, that much of the prosecution's thrust is geared toward paranoia, and is an attempt to get Peterson to break down and admit guilt?!
