Newly discovered documentation has it that Iraq knew from the start that they were quick to become toast in a second war against the United States and the Coalition! It is said that the whole idea was to pull-off a guerilla war of attrition, taking out allied forces one (or a group) at a time! A conflict similar to that engaged in successfully in many other nations around the globe, and at times by us ourselves!

It has long been known that when one plays by the other guy?s rules, he often loses, no matter what logistical advantages he may possess! What amazes me, however, is this decades old feeling, one shared in most every war that: The boys (and girls) will be home by Christmas?! ?Now where, and how many times have we heard that before???

The most disturbing factor of this news item was, in my opinion, the semi-look of shock upon the face of one of our top commanders when he was faced with the revelation that some (a number that if not checked, could grow to many) in Iraq did not welcome us with the expected open arms that the Administration envisioned?! Hey man- there are die hard maniacs everywhere in God?s creation.

?The only question now left is: ?what are we going to do with these murderous Iraqi bums?? The current scenario, no matter how much ?POLITICAL SPIN? is applied, is not as affective as we were led to believe! A new, more drastic approach is needed, lest we may soon find ourselves embroiled in endless guerilla fighting all over the Middle East!

I can not believe that our magnificent military leadership does not have a game plan, outside of blitz and wait for the garlands to fly!? This is not, and never will be (opinion) that type of war!!
