SHOW PRIDE IN YOUR RIDE!

Dear License Plate Applicant/Holder:

Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (IBE) wants you to "Show Pride In Your Ride" by purchasing an IBE license plate! The IBE plate is the only African-American based license plate currently enrolled in the State of Indiana's Special Group Recognition Plate Program. Order your plate today!

Here is how it works:

To order your license plates online, complete and submit the License Plate Request form below.
To order your license plates by mail, complete the License Plate Request form below and send it to: IBE License Plates, 3145 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208. Please make checks or money orders payable to IBE.
After IBE has received your License Plate Request form, you will receive an official validated license plate certificate within seven (7) days.
Take the validated license plate certificate to your local license branch. An additional $15 processing fee for each plate ordered will be charged at this time along with normal state-assessed fees. All IBE License Plate holders must obtain a validated authorization form from Indiana Black Expo in order to receive their plate.
This license plate is valid for passenger cars, recreational vehicles, and trucks weighing less than 11,000 pounds. Sorry, numbers on plates will be randomly assigned; special requests cannot be honored.
Your $25 contribution to purchase your license plates online or by mail is tax-deductible.
