They prance, and they stroke, but when push came to shove, few politicos could muster enough fuel to build up a halfway decent fart! (opinion)

Well, a certain politician is flying all over Hell (aka- Washington DC), cameras rolling to tout his plans for California Reconstruction! (Wow, am I ever impressed?) At the same time, however, water tankers and bucket choppers, are not even being allowed to get off the ground. This, according to elements of the media, is a result of paranoia (fear) over a potential air disaster and a debate over a bill that would allow California to save it?s own ass from fire!?

Many of our kids in the military (the best of the best) have volunteered to fight these fires, but as of this writing, a scant few ?Malevolent Powers That Be?, can not seem to muster enough energy to pass gas, let alone allow these dedicated individuals to lend a hand, waiting instead (I fear) for the fire to self implode!

Unfortunately, this fire is not only being fueled by bone-dry conditions, but also by political hot air! And still, Nero fiddles while Rome (actually San Diego County) continues to burn!!
