(Some) Religions In The Crosshairs!

New York is again the center of a religious controversy, and the separation of church and state is the battlefield!

Not that long ago, Alabama stood at the forefront, when a monument displaying the Ten Commandments was ordered removed from a courthouse. This Nation (Our Nation ) is now under attack by forces of evil who seek to strip us of each and every thing that made us great in the first place!

Granted, it is an individual right to take religion or leave it, and few seek to force their beliefs down the throats of others, not here in the United States in any case! But apparently, a trend is afoot to elevate the whims of the few over the mandates of the many. And before long, religion itself may be pushed into the catacombs and caves of American suburbia and declared, as it was in the dark days of yore, a capital offense!?

Getting back to New York, apparently the Nativity Scene is also now under concentrated attack by a few who demand religious intolerance toward all views not of their making or design!? Other non-Christian religious icons, however, are being allowed to remain in public places!? (Go-Figure?)

That minority which seeks to bury any reference to God under a growing mound of court-ordered atheism is, as it was in Nazi Germany, now perfectly acceptable to a decaying judiciary and it's enforcement apparatus (opinion)! "In other words, God is being summarily stripped from most things American, and a neo-ism of the corrupted few, is being shoved down our collective throats by a scant minority! A minority, aided and abetted (of course), by their nine blind cohorts at the seat of Judicial power.

"In short, we are fast becoming what we have fought against for well over two centuries!" And yet through all of this and more, that minority that is championing immorality, un-Godliness, avarice and filth, still demands that we march to their drummer, and their drummer alone!

So where does this road lead - certainly not to any form of salvation, justice or fair play, but rather right down to Hell itself, and the ever-silent majority is being haplessly dragged along for the ride!! (opinion) :cd: :cd:

I also heard that in NY public schools they can have menorahs, and the star and cresant but not the Nativity. While I advocate the separation of church and state, its gotta be all or nothing. You can't let the minority hold sway over the majority.
