![]() Former Lt. Governor Kerry was part of the process in appointing judges. Our state judges serve for life. This might be a little glimps into our future.
The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts has done it again. This state has court rulings that make search and seizure difficult and sometimes dangerous for police. This is particularly true when searching cars. Basically it is impossible to use a body wire to tape conversations with bad guys. Then the ?High Court? decided we should have gay marriage. Well, they just pulled another one. Yesterday the highest court in the Commonwealth ruled on a case of a step father, age 60, having sex with his teenaged daughter. They said it was not incest because he was only a step father, not the biological father. The age of consent in this state is 16 years old, I believe the girl in question is 17. Thus, there was no statutory rape. It?s fine for the old boy to screw his daughter. Scotty, beam me up! Stay healthy, Andy |

![]() Andy,
Come on over to NY. We may be stuck with Billery for the timebeing but most of our lawmakers still have at least one or two actively firing brain cells. DL

![]() Not only was the information in your post tragic and revolting, it was also very illustrative of the potential harm a Kerry administration could bring to America. His judicial-selection temperament is all the more reason to oppose him.

![]() Just back from a great time in San Francisco doin the rubbernecking tourist deal. Payback time I suppose as it was my turn to get in the way and act like a totally brainless tourist, but I did a world class job of it, LOL. Anyway it?s been a while and I was a bit surprised and saddened to see the name changing going on, a sign of things to come or some pent up need I suppose. San Francisco?s Army St. has become Cesar Chavez St. But on current street maps has Army St. in parenthesis. The bridges and causeways in northern Marin County have been re designated from military personages to other names that most people wouldn?t have a clue about but I suppose are prominent local figures, I don?t know. Ha, and a street car ride out to SF?s Castro district was an eyeful, goodness. Public property is totally festooned with the rainbow flags and pennants of the Gay community, like it?s a carnival or something. Hmmm, begs the question as to why they get to use public property to promote their cause and other public displays would be torn down or a lawsuit joined in a heartbeat, oh well.
And Andy, ya?ll n?all will have to work long and hard to conger up Judges the likes of the 9th District out here. Sorry to say, but ya are mere pikers in comparison, amateurs for sure, LOL. Out here if ya don?t like a law, just ignore it or make up a new one and to heck with the legislative branch of the Government; not unlike sandlot baseball where the rules change with every play and circumstance. Like the Ref says, ?you?re out, ya stepped on the line?. The argument ensues and the player says, ?Hey wait a sec, that?s not a rule?. The Ref. then says, ?It is now?. Anyway, I?m sure the Kennedy-Kerry crowd has big plans for all of this presents the possibility that we?ll have a lot of ?idea of the moment? activity going on and the inevitable redo of the redo of the redo, etc., on and on. And as we have seen recently, we?ll most likely get the, ?to heck with the voters and present the hallmark, "we and we alone know what?s best for everyone? scenario. Yikes!!!!!! Scary stuff for sure. Hmmm, the term ?Banana Republic? comes to mind, curious. Scamp

![]() Wazzup? You forget to bring my phone number along? James and I would've been pleased to show you some of the sites.
Yeah, the Army St. thing pissed off alot of people [Native San Franciscans]. This was some major pandering to the Hispanic Community. A while after the Army St. thing, the Blacks wanted to get Fillmore St. changed to MLK St. Wasn't going to happen. City Hall learned their lesson from the fallout over Army St ![]() Marin County......what can I say? It's Marin County ![]()

![]() Like the Governator said once upon a time, ?I?ll be back?. I had to meet some new friends from the Philippines so I had tour guide duty covering San Francisco and Northern Nevada. As always, San Francisco is just too much fun and usually things that much fun are illegal, banned or otherwise suppressed as some sort of evil doings, LOL. Great time though, and we?ll be back soon and look you and James up.
Ha, ha, you made my day with the saga about Fillmore St. My former Mom in law lives on the 1400 block Fillmore St. and she?s more Liberal than the Liberals, more Irish than the Irish and more SF traditionalist than the SF traditionalists. She?s all connected into one of the founding families of Gringo SF and all about historic preservation, etc. I?ll bet she nearly had a cow when Fillmore was about to be renamed, how funny. Aarrgg, she always called me ?William the Barbarian-Hun Republican?, what a hoot. But on the other hand was always a gracious host, etc., and we got along good, that is of course, as much as anyone can get along with a ultra- super- mega Liberal in the epicenter of Liberal land, LOL. :ek: ![]() Scamp
