No Chance In Hell

I opened a claim for benefits about 15 years ago. I was informed immediately that what I was contending was impossible, as our military would never experiment upon it?s own!? ?This was the United States and we have gone to war against nations who utilized biologics, chemicals and radiation against their own people!!?

What I was contending, and could prove beyond any reasonable doubt, was that the Army and the intelligence community alike, coupled with certain elements of the medical community, conducted and hid at all costs, vile experimentations utilizing prisoners, prostitution johns, at least one religious sect, and even our own military during the (so-called) Cold War and maybe even beyond!

It would have been one thing had the victims of these domestic atrocities been well informed and volunteers. This, however, was not the case, as was extensively proven by the governments own documents, notably DAIG-IN 21-75, The Church Senate Hearings of 1977, and Chief of Staff Memo 385, among numerous others. And this, to my knowledge, was a direct and flagrant violation of the Nuremberg Codes. "Codes that we demand compliance with from the rest of the world!"

Since I filed my case, and pursued it vigorously, I have been privy to witnessed threats over the phone. To quote but one: "Mr. ............, the First Amendment is a splendid thing, but you sir have pushed the envelope to the limit!" (Caller not identified)

I was also threatened by a VA doctor (also witnessed), who said that ?If you were ever to spend a night at one of the VA hospitals, I would end up in the basement!? (That?s the morgue)

Yet another threat came from a service org. rep. who advised me that one of these days you (That?s Me) would catch a bullet in the back from the rocks right across from your place up in the mountains! ?For the record, this individual had never even seen where I live, but did indeed know of the terrain around my home!? (VERY INTERESTING)

After I filed my claim, I systematically watched records bastardized, expunged, destroyed and literally ignored by the system. If it did not fill their political agenda - ?IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND PERSONA NON GRATA! Hell, I was even advised by a prominent member of government years ago that: ?This case will never be heard as I was opening up a can of worms and was asking questions that the government did not want to answer!!?

Well, to get to the point, my case for justice ended up in a D.C. Court, and as part of my presentation, I submitted iron clad proof to debunk the VA?s erroneous contentions (under oath no less) that I had dropped the ball on my 120 day statute of limitations for appeal? As a matter of fact, several highly placed officials within that system swore under oath that I had not contacted the VA to initiate an appeal in a timely fashion? And again for the record, I contacted the VA immediately upon receipt of my BVA denial and was informed that they were shocked at the denial and that they would send a letter of support on my behalf to D.C. and get my appeal docketed immediately!

And again as a matter of fact, I was also informed on numerous occasions by the VA that I did indeed have a docket number and everything was in order! I was told redundantly that my case would more than likely be heard within 8-9 months!

A few months later I was called into the RO by the same individual and asked to sign two forms. The first a waver of fee, and the second, a power of attorney! When I inquired as to why a power of attorney was needed now, I was informed that it was but a formality, and again I was assured that my case was already in the works!

Still trusting this lying (ONCE TRUSTED) individual, I again asked what my docket number was, but was again informed that he did not have it close at hand and for me to trust him. I should also note that this individual had gone out of his way to redundantly tell me that he was my friend! ?There are no friends in Hell or at the VA, in my opinion one and the same!!!!?

To infuriate matters even more, this highly placed VA employee, later perjurous swore under oath, that I had not contacted him during that 120-day period! There were in fact, numerous, provable contacts during that time, in which I was redundantly assured that he had attained a docket number for me and everything was in order! ?Apparently swearing an oath to God and Country means little or nothing to some (maybe many) within that Multi-Billion Dollar a Year Dinosaur of the VA!? If this is not the vilest form of perjury, betrayal and dishonor, as well as a slap in the face to all veterans, past, present and future, then I ask you what is?

Getting on with this diatribe, when that Appeals Court asked the current VA Secretary to furnish all form 119s (reports of contact) as required under the law, the Secretary came back to the Court and insisted that no contact was made during that time frame. This, even though I had furnished the Appeal Court with certified telephone company records that showed nearly 50 calls were made by me to this VA Honcho?s personal office phone. Let me add that the number I called was one that he alone answers (in his office)!

These calls ranged up to about 35 minutes each, and all during that 120 day period!! During many of these calls, I was assured redundantly that all was in order and going according to plan! The problem is, I did not know what the plan was at that time!


Yet this individual, backed by the VA, all the way to the top I suspect, denied these contacts, and the records apparently meant nothing!! Hell, I even had e-mails from this odious creature during that time period as well, all proving that he was a blatant liar! Yet, what position does he and other highly placed case assassins at the VA occupy - "Right up there near the top!" The rewards for selling one's soul I suspect?"

Hell, I even made the President aware of what was going on - but received absolutely no answer!!!!

So there you have it - Nearly 50 provable calls in which I was assured by that VA employee that my case had been properly appealed, 5 personal visits to that RO in which I was told the same, and no less than 3 e-mails in which I was assured that I had plenty of time and that this individual had taken care of everything - ?INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT AT IT?S WORSE!!? But what will the VA do about it - probably promote the individual!?

Now I am informed that my case is toast, even with the plethora of proof of ?Willful Misconduct? (If not criminal misconduct) that I and thousands of other veterans are subjected too on a regular basis! In a day and age when giant corporations and a few high politicos, are being made to account for their criminal actions, lies, deceit and arrogance, and our honorable veterans and many of our active military personnel are suffering, bleeding and dying upon foreign shores, I have to wonder if these brave troopers too, after they have filled a need, will be subjected to the same?

Again for the record, my own particular case, even though I was denied, was not unanimously ruled against me! This in itself gives one hope that some honest men yet exist! And if this post gets internationalized, I have but a single question to pose to the rest of the world - ?Why is any atrocity and lack of justice (Truth) and integrity, acceptable and encouraged by some in any nation that claims to be beyond reproach and honorable? Where there is no truth, there is no honor!?

Can one nation (any nation) make war against all others who violate the laws of God and humanity, while they themselves ignore these sacred mandates! In my opinion, those who perform thusly will burn in Hell and will also be exposed some day in the pages of history yet unwritten!! Life, after all, is far too short to risk an eternity of damnation for a fist full of silver and fleeting fame, as these people will some day sadly learn. "Earthly position and power is not respected in Hell, and that is exactly where these cretins are going, in my opinion - but not before they sell out many more of our people I fear!!!!?

It is beyond my understanding to know how some people can even face themselves in a mirror, or look their own families in the face, knowing what they truly are?

It is also my personal opinion that the time is long past due for a complete and total investigation, overhaul, and legal action, and re-staffing (top to bottom), at the VA and it's support systems, by Congress and the people of our nation themselves! "The laws of our land either apply to all equally, or they apply to none!!"

The man who refuses to wear blinders can still love his country! As a matter of fact, it is our responsibility and duty to decry evil no matter where it is found, even in government and in bureaucracies!

As impossible as many of you feel it may be, not all things are as they appear. The VA, and some portions of government and it's vassal bureaucracy being a prime example.

How many times in the past have you heard of people dying needlessly at a VA Hospital facility? Or that recently published story on ABC that showed the deplorable conditions that existed years ago at some Veterans Administration Hospitals. And when the investigative media did a retake years later, they sadly discovered that not much had really changed over the years, except for the budget (a king's ransom that is in the billions of dollars), and a few of the faces!

It is my opinion that this noble idea is more in need of an enema than an ever rising budget. But alas, the VA is not the only ill to befall government. A few in power feel themselves to be above anything as trivial as the people whom they are sworn to serve and protect, and more's the shame!

Instead of a government by, for and of the people, in the last six decades, we have become a government of, by and for the powers that be! The bureaucracy, in some instances, has become a beast all to itself, far removed from anything as menial as "We The American People!!"
