Default Weather

Have been stuck in this damn house every day except for three every since coming home from the mountain. Rain, every single day. Starting to wear on me a bit.

Am headed for Oklahoma on Thursday, will be down there for two weeks. Sister's daughter is graduating and I have to put a covered porch over the back deck of her house.

What are you folks up to? Anyone else got the rainy day blues?

Cold and rainy all weekend which really cuts down on the activities at the 500 track

Actually live if very good. As you know, had constant pain due to my back, slipped disk and sciatica from February till May. Two cortisone shots and all the pain is gone, totally! Makes for a really different outlook on life.
This time of year and the fall are my two favorites, no snow, no mosquitoes.
All I have to complain about is that one of my sister is going through a divorce and I agreed to act as her representative. We?re going back to court again on Wednesday and instead of letting me rip this guy?s balls off, little sister doesn?t want to tell the court exactly what a dink he is. I don?t know how to fight without going for the throat - very frustrating.
Hope life starts treating you better and soon. Hang in there friend and,

Stay healthy,
Andy

Things will be improving. Once I get to Oklahoma and meet up with friends and family, everything else will fall into place.

Bob...maybe I should head your way and you could sneak me into the track again? Not sure if Indy could handle two visits from a card-carrying Redneck in such a short time. Have fun and stay safe, remember "Tried by 12 or carried by 6", very simple math!

Andy...Great news on your back, glad things are working out for you. I say go after the a_ _ hole anyway, Sis will understand! BTW, what are we going to do for entertainment next year without an on-site pharmacist?

The Rayhaul-Letterman team with Danica Patrick looks like a team to reckon with The 500 looks interesting this year.

Met a few friends and drank a few beers tonight, and for all of you Mountain Vets who gave me a hard time, yes it was Mich Ultra, had a great time. Chased all those rainy day blues away. Than on the way home got a call from Bobk...who could ever talk to that guy and not be in a good mood after!?!

Bob.. you are one in a million brother, damn glad to call you friend!

Trav,

For the first time in 15 years we acutally had spring here in the lowcountry. Usually we go from our winter to summer. This year everyone was complaining about the weather and when "spring", which is acutally summer to most, was coming here. Well, we all figgured out that we were actually having "spring", i.e. some warm days, some cold days, rain......you get my point. So, for us the weather has been weird but it's starting to warm up with a vengance and the humidity is starting to build. It will get down right steamy here in the next few weeks.

Pack

PS Mich Ultra?????????? Less carbs, less taste, less alcohol, less hopps, what a fine brew! Yeach!
