Packo ....
I had to go to my bankruptcy lawyer for something, and they never have anything good to read there, so out of desperation I picked up a mid-April 2005 "Southern Living" magazine, and the first thing I opened it up to was a page entitled "Low Country Cuisine" and in the upper right was a rather large picture of a big bowl of garlic shrimp and grits ! On the page were recipes for that, plus Benne Seed Wafers and Frogmore Stew.
